Dr. lacks complete bedside manners. Dr. will ask patient questions but not look at the patient when patient is answering but instead look at the tech. Furthermore, Dr abruptly leave the room without even stating the bye. Also, technology to determine glasses Is inferior compared to LensCrafters
Worst customer service over the phone. Every time I call I'm put on hold, then rushed when someone finally get to the phone and the person answering the phone is ALWAYS rude. I hate calling this office. I am currently looking for a new doctor's office close to home.
I had a great experience got an eye injury called them got at 1pm and they gave me a 3:20 appointment and was seen by 3:30. Loved the staff all very nice
Your time is not valued at all. The wait time is at minimum 2 1/2 hours. They over book even at the earliest scheduled times. Later time appointments can go even longer. Have had used them for years and it has never improved at all. Complaints through the waiting area's of how long , very frustrated patients. Several walk out after waiting. Who has 2-3 hrs to kill in a waiting room.
I would look for another eye center. I will not be returning.
Dr. Wohl was outstanding. I had so many issues with my right eye I never thought I would have good vision from it again. The final step to improving my vision was a complicated cataract procedure which she performed flawlessly. I was so excited when I awoke the next morning and had clear and vivid vision. It was a miracle. Never thought I would see that well again. Thank you Dr. Wohl for restoring my quality of life
