I purchased my 2011 Outback from Michael Hohl Subaru (and it was a good experience) so went back when I decided I wanted a 2015 BRZ. While returning on a ski trip to LA from Reno, our Outback's idler pulley froze up shredding the serpentine belt and catching it on fire. lucky for us we were 1/4 mile from Michael Hohl Subaru in Carson City. We pulled in worried about arriving midday without an appointment and about spending an unscheduled night in Carson City. Bought my second Subaru here and feel I got a great deal. But even better than that the Service Department is awesome! The "Service Consultant" that writes up your service order is the BEST!!! I love everything about this dealership! I LOVE my Subaru!
The service department is awesome. Technicians do a thorough job! Easy to schedule and they are very accommodating to courtesy cars or their shuttle!

How pleased I was to discover that contrary to my initial expectations, Kevin and Dom really listened and worked to match me with just the right car.
Traded in our Forester for a 2020 one. Got a good deal, but more importantly was the way we were treated and assisted at every step of the way. We had some special needs that the crew there went out of their way to make sure they were met. We would highly recommend this dealership.
