Brought my car in because the muffler was making a loud noise. Both service advisors heard the muffler when I drove in. Other customers came in after me and left with their repairs having been repaired. After almost 2 hours the one service advisor said he would check on my car. Apparently the mechanic would turn my car on for a few minutes and would not hear anything and turn it off. After 2 hours waiting they left my car running for 15 minutes and then heard the problem. Fantastic experience buying my 3rd vehicle from these folks. Sales man nick Harmon super customer oriented and worked hard for the sale. Sales manager who close the deal (Frank I think??) was very patient and professional. Highly recommend these guys for your new or used car needs!!!! Top notch.
Service is fine but they sell or give your phone number to telemarketing. They were the only ones I gave my cell number as a contact and now I get daily calls for extending my warranty, don't matter that I block the number or tell them I'm on the do not call list, they just call from a different number every time.
I love the service center..they take excellent care of me and my vehicle!! They are also super per friendly which is awesome!!
