We had an all around terrible experience at this dealership. If you decide to go to this dealership, the best advice I can give is get your financing pre-approved through a lender not associated with this dealership! And I would also set boundaries with these people on how much bad customer service you will tolerate. Be willing to walk away at any time during the process with this dealership. These folks will rip you off... charges that they just made up and higher than sticker prices... watch out.
Oh my...where do I begin? This was my last stop searching for my car. I'm a "no b.s./let's- get -it -done" kind of person. I know what I like and that's it. I found this cute little MINI Countryman I wanted to take for a spin. Drove it, decided it was a GO! Bob Shartarsky was my salesperson. He informed me my MINI was all wheel drive- it in fact, is not. Amazing Service Dept. – Very friendly and always try to make sure answner my questions and tryed to find the car fit my need and price and explain the reasons and needs.
WOW! – Wow, what an amazing experience! Our salesman Bobby was very friendly, helpful and professional. They all were very hospitable, offering drinks, and the internet sales girl Nadia even occupied my children with coloring while we filled out paperwork and so on. They got us in, financed and out in a timely matter, with a freshly washed vehicle and a half tank of gas. We will deffinately be returning customers.
Great Job: My dad runs a dealership in NY; so I know what excellent service is. From the first call to make an appointment, to the actual appointment time and service, I was very satisfied. They even cleaned my dirty Jeep without charging me after doing an oil change and a heating element replacement that was under warranty. I had a horrible experience at Passport Chrysler of Alexandria (overcharged and went through 6 months of legal battle against them) and would NOT recommend them.
