I started my purchase thru the internet. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by at least 3 other sales people. The internet sales manager, Angela Battle, was very patient and worked hard to get me a good deal.
I have to say that given how bad things can go with a car dealership, I think I had a pretty good experience. I loved our salesman, Sammy, and will probably always return to him when we want to buy a new car. He is thoughtful, always follows through, and is sure to consistently follow up to ensure a timely resolution to whatever the problem may be. He worked harder than I did to get a fair deal on my trade-in and an incredible price on my new car. He should honestly be selling Maserati's. And MaryBeth, the finance guru, was ... read more
