My old dentist retired and finding a new one made me slightly nervous but I'm so glad I picked Southdale Dental Associates. They were great! They were very thorough and provided me with an excellent appointment.
There was a very long wait which I found unneceesary - about 45 minutes.
As always my visit was pleasant ...as pleasant as going to the dentist can be!!!!
The six month checkup went great. All the staff are friendly and helpful. New chairs are very comfortable.

I have been a patient of Dr Raymond's for over 20 years and have always enjoyed my time with him. I must say however that in those 20+ years I have never had a hygienist like Janet. She is my all time favorite. Not only does she do a great job but she does it with a gentle and loving attitude. Give her a raise! :-) I know people dread going to the dentist but not me. The combo of Janet and Dr. Raymond make it a very pleasant experience.
SDA does a great job! I've always had wonderful hygienists and dentists here. They're very friendly and great at answering questions, and I'm confident that they know what they're doing with my teeth... The office itself is very clean and comfortable. Believe it or not, I actually enjoy going to the dentist.
My technician, Anne, is always efficient and a joy to work with. I always request her. My overall satisfaction with the clinic is first rate. I have been coming for years.
Dr. Bettes quickly replaced the old filling and decayed part of the tooth with a new filling. It was a painless and quick process.
