All of the dentists and hygenists are very nice and friendly each time I am there. They do not encourage people to get unnecessary dental work done, which is great!

I HAVE A UNIQUE, HARD TO SOLVE PROBLEM THAT OTHER DENTISTS TOLD ME THEY COULD NOT HELP ME WITH. Dr. BETTES NOT ONLY SPENT TIME FINDING A SOLUTION, BUT HE SPENT TIME EXPLAINING A HARD TO UNDERSTAND SOLUTION IN A KIND WAY. HE WENT THE EXTRA 100 MILES.

Fabulous as usual It would be nice to be reminded to take my pre-meds before my appontment when I get the email request to confirm my appoinment. This used to happen when I received the post card. One of the benefits of non paperless communication.
