Just called Duke's to get an estimate for a leaking hose bibb. All I needed was for a plumber to come out and tell me whether I needed new washers or the entire hose bibb replaced. I was told by the Duke representative that I already know I have a problem, they don't do estimates and gave me the rates to replace the hose bibb. When I told them that all I needed was to know if I needed a new washer or an new hose bibb they said I was too needy and hung up. They were incredibly unprofessional and rude. ***** first called and asked for an estimate on replacing a hose bib that was leaking at his home. Our receptionist informed him of our company’s policy on estimates and that we do not offer free estimates on small repairs such as his. That is a service that we offer for free only on larger jobs such as replacing water heaters, furnaces, AC units, and more complicated plumbing repairs etc. Our office receptionist then informed him that it would be $115 per hour plus any parts needed. I would like to retract my complain of 3.26/19, it was a miss communication between us and the technician when we spoke with DUKE the owner, he was sincerely sorry that we were treated with disrespect, he apologized and promised to talk to all personnel to treat all the customers with respect and try to solve the problems In a respectful way.And he did fix the problem,i recommend to all customers to speak with DUKE if they ran into problems with the staff

I was very disappointed. I was over charged for a Hot Water Heater permit and was charged for more hours than it took to do the job. When I call them to complain about the over charge of the permit there response was you are under contract.
I highly recommend Dukes Plumbing & Heating. Very efficient, friendly, and professional. They were quick to respond and finish the repairs.
