Pizza came completely burnt. I would have let it slide but this is the second time, not including another time they took two hours to deliver
My wife and I have never had an issue with the pizzas or the service at Dukes. The delivery driver has even gone out of his way to make sure that everything was right when the store ran out of Mt. Dew. He asked me where the closest store was and went to buy a 2 liter to make sure I got it. If there is one thing that I would like to see improved, it seems like the store itself is kind of bare with nothing to keep your attention while waiting for the pizzas. Over all though, great place, keep up the good work.
I think dukes is the best for pizza always on time when they say great service delivery always ready with a smile and just all around great service very friendly when there on the phone or off
Just received our delivery order. Very disappointed. Pizza under cooked and no balsamic on the Zesty Pesty. It's been downhill since the Howell location opened.
