Pizza was delivered quickly, which is why it's not one star. However, one pizza had onions when I requested them to be removed at order, and the other pizza wasn't at all what I ordered. And when I called to speak to a manager about my displeasure, the phone range for three minutes without being answered. Long story short, will not order from Dukes again.
I ordered a pizza today with garlic butter crust the pizza came with no garlic butter crust I called and all I got was what would you like me to do we don't charge for the crust and I pulled it out myself and remember putting it on there. It's not the fact that I wasn't charged for it it's the fact that I order something how I want it and that is not what I get. Service was very friendly and the pizza was amazing at a great price!!! Duke's was an accidental find while traveling from Lansing to Detroit, but now it will be an intentional stop next time we are in the area!
I loved it. Finish a small pizza to my self. Fast delivery and yummy. Will be ordering from them again.
I had this pizza at someone else's house. I had no say in what was on it. I really liked it but need to order with my choice of toppings.
