Worst customer service from a "manager" i have ever encountered. Ordered my food waited an hr, not problem. Food was wrong, not a problem called we will re make it. Called and hr later sorry it will be another hr due to orders before yours. Hmmmmm, asked for owners/business information and was denied due to not knowing it. Was cursed at threatened then told it was a recorded line. Asked to speak to higher up was denied again! So disappointing to find a place that delivers to us just to deal with nonsense of this caliber!
RecommendedWe had not ordered from Duke's in years, but have a few times recently. I was very pleased with my pepperoni and green pepper pizza.

Sorry this is the slab of ribs you got tonight not all of them are the same we've had to change distributors a couple times because of covid so it's hard for us to get things sometimes Thank you for being so understanding though We really do appreciate you I'll have to make this up to you and give you a slab of ribs next time you order because we appreciate you

lost our order and waited 40 min for a large pizza
Ordered for the very first time and was very disappointed. We got sour cream that has been expired for two weeks, fries weren’t cooked, and nachos made an automatic bathroom visit. Can’t say I would recommend this place to anyone, unfortunately.
Took care of our grievances in a very timely manner! Very much appreciated... Thank you!
They charge a fee for using debit or credit cards and do not tell you!!!
