Very disappointed in your customer service when towing our vehicle yesterday. No one in my family will be using your services. I don't usually post on facebook but it was a very negative experience for us. You told our family that they had to sign over the title when they went to pick up the car the very next day after it was towed to your facility. No explanation and a very rude staff member. They went to pay the bill and get their vehicle, there should have been no problems.
