nurse almost broke my hand to prevent it from "brushing" from an IV. security guard was wearing open toed shoes and scratched her nose while pulling down her face mask, that was homemade.

RecommendedToday was my first time at Triangle Heart Associates and I loved it. I saw Benjamn Conway and loved that he took care and had compassion about concerns I had. He already has a game plan set up and knew exactly what he was talking about. He explained everything so I could understand why and what what going on. I definitely reccomend.

I have been going here and seeing Dr. Gabriel Smith for almost a year and he has been a godsend for me. He truly cares about his patients. Takes the time to listen and always treats me with dignity and respect. I wish I didn’t need to see him at all, but thankful that I do. Highly, highly recommend not only Dr. Smith, but the whole staff. Exceptional care!!!

I had a wonderful caring visit to the emergency room recently- I want to thank all the Drs and staff for working so hard during these times- every detail was top notch and I was so happy to be discharged home- I will definitely return but hope I won’t need it- Thank you all!

Went to the ER after a bad fall a few weeks back. The nurse and Doctor were rude, condescending and acted as if I were seeking drugs. I was having extreme pain in my ribs, chest and abdomen. They ordered an X-ray and the dr said nothing was fractured and sent me home. The next day I could barely move so I followed up with my Dr. who actually read the radiology report and saw that I had fractured my ribs. No call from Lkn regional regarding this. I will never be back. I will go to Novant next time if anyone my family requires... read more
