RecommendedWonderful staff and nurses! Everyone was very helpful and sensitive to my needs!
I understand that COVID has your ER very busy but there are other people with other illnesses that need prompt treatment as well. My daughter IS PREGNANT and came into your hospital in severe pain and bleeding over 2 hrs ago.... she's still waiting! Where's the compassion for people other than those who have COVID symptoms. This makes no sense to me as I've worked in healthcare myself. I pray that nothing happens to my daughter and unborn grandchild while she continues to sit in your ER bleeding and in pain
hire nurse's with more compassion. I've always had nurses that went above the call of duty. Not here, I only went to lake norman because I was having a heart attack. If I could have went somewhere else I would have. doctors were great but the nurses were the worse I had ever seen. coming from a mom with a child who has spent lots of time in a hospital setting. really disappointing.

Coming from someone who is a nurse, the nurses here have done a phenomenal job. I am proud of what they have done for my sister and how they have advocated for her. Bravo Zulu!
Awesome staff It’s too bad the Veterans administration cannot run as efficiently and as responsible and respectfully as this hospital
I highly recommend Duke Raleigh Hospital. all the medical staff,doctors and nurses swarmed all over you, everyone were competitive, they all know what they are doing making sure they got everything in control in a life threatening situation. you can count on these people.. they are all fantastic, kind and wonderful people.

lack of empathy and compassion. racist against people of color in pain. if I would have been one of them they would have helped and I actually have the money to pay
A wonderful man was put in this stupid place. unfortunately his life was taken by these idiots. The drs n nurses are beyond unintelligent. Our family waited on a dr to call for over a week and never called. We anticipated his return home. We was aloud to visit with him but after the 2nd time seeing him we left the hospital and he passed within 2 hrs.
