Horrible 1st time visit. I had an appointment today at 10am with Dr. Keeler set up by the VA Medical Ctr. This appointment was 2hrs and 45mins away from our home. At 9:26am I called the scheduler to let them know we came to a dead stop on 1-85 North due to an accident. Our arrival time was going to be 10:15am, and am I okay to still come to the appointment or do I need to reschedule? The employee stated that it is okay to go, and that we have a 20 minute window.
