We primarily see Dr Fox, who is phenomenal, and the entire staff is very kind and knowledgeable. It’s so easy to schedule appointments through the app and they’re always very responsive and punctual. Highly recommend!
Absolutely terrible. The receptionist was extremely rude and not empathic at all. Was scheduled for an urgent appointment by the nurse practitioner after calling in with my child’s symptoms. then was refused for being 10 minutes late with a terribly ill kid. When I said I’m sorry I’m 10 minutes late, he replied “actually you are 13 minutes late”. How is that an appropriate way to respond to someone with a sick kid clearly in pain.
This office is the best. Friendly, efficient and great at treating and diagnosing. We have been coming here since it first opened. The Doctor’s PA, NP, Medical Assistants and nurses at this practice excel at patient care. As a new parent or a parent looking for a new practice this is a wonderful office. The front desk staff is also top notch.
Nurse Linda and Doctor Larson are amazing! Such a welcoming environment, great staff overall. Everyone is very empathetic and friendly.
