Maybe use a different perinatal clinic, this clinic will have you wait an hour past your appointment time after you get there 15 minutes early like they request, it’s extremely frustrating. And when they run behind they will rush through your appointment. Not to mention the front desk staff has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, or their personalities just really suck…
My husband and I both could not be more impressed and pleased with the care I’ve received so far. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been so kind and genuinely caring - could not recommend this practice more.
I had a best service and care from this office. Dr Megan Miller,NP is the best . I had high risk pregnancy with my second one. I was referred to Duke Perinatal Cary office. Initially I was much worried how things will go. After the first visit with the office and her team, we felt relaxed and comfortable. Dr Megan n her team are knowledgeable, listens to all your queries and answers to all doubts. Weekly Scanning and regular checkups ,blood work labs are available. No much wait time . My wife and I showed up to find out the gender of our new baby, and they would not let me in because of our 3 year old son being present. We were not told this policy prior to our appointment. I just missed out of this life event because of some dumb POLICY!!!
They assume your privilege of having childcare. I have a 3yr old son and was denied him coming back. I was LUCKY my husband was able to take 4hrs off work and come for the anatomy scan of our baby. We were NOT notified before getting there that children 12 and under can't come back (but somehow ok to come back for the consult room). My husband got denied entry so he could watch our son.
