I came today (first time) and I have nothing but good to say about all staff (doctors, nurses). Special shout out to June (front desk), her personality is comforting, funny. She also went above and beyond to help scheduling appointments with other clinics. 10/10 all around.
The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Dr Hanselman is the BEST doctor I have ever worked with . He listens, he is knowledgeable, friendly and just very interested in taking care of his patients. Highly recommend!!!
I just had my first appointment with William Payne after seeing other orthopedic providers outside of Duke and having negative experiences. William took his time explaining my x-rays, actively listened to my concerns, answered my questions thoroughly, provided in detail the different treatment options and next steps, and was patient with my young child being in the room during my appointment.
