You can never get anyone on the phone call for about 3 to 4 hours. Keep getting the same voicemail.
Duke Orthopaedics! I 10/10 recommend coming here for all your Ortho needs. Tori was absolutely amazing. She cares and she listens. Dr. Hanselman is great and I look forward to my upcoming surgery with him. He doesn’t rush. He explains and asks if I understand (though medically, I’m not that knowledgeable) but he makes sure that I’m very aware of what I’m to look forward to. I came today (first time) and I have nothing but good to say about all staff (doctors, nurses). Special shout out to June (front desk), her personality is comforting, funny. She also went above and beyond to help scheduling appointments with other clinics. 10/10 all around.
