Dr Hanselman is one of the best Doctor’s I’ve ever had! That is saying a lot, because I’ve been to a lot of Doctors and I can decide on a first visit whether or not I will continue seeing a particular one! Dr Hanselman is kind and explains everything so that a patient can understand. He’s understanding and makes things happen even when you’re unable to take care of yourself because work restrictions! One of the many reasons that I love Duke Hospital

Extremely rude and unprofessional service across the board. Upon arrival there is a sign that says to use a self check in kiosk. Use it. Says I need to check in with a person. Wait until the single human being available to check people OUT is free and ask to check in. She tells me to use the computer. I explain that the computer says I need to talk to someone.
