I've been dealing Duke health since 2014, the new MOB lab section is the worst I've seen in all these years over an hour wait to get blood drawn. Management better take a look at this area, def doesn't stand up to the usual Duke health quality standards

Urgent care waiting room is small no room to separate from patients with respiratory problems, severe coughing. Holly Springs is better experience.
Review for Duke Health Pediatric Care: Good care but crappy billing practices. Has happened to us twice.. Went for sick visit - same day walkin appointment. This is how it plays out: Sr. doctor will have a trainee doctor/student accompanying them (sick visit or preventive care annual visit - does not matter). Doctor spends half the time with patient and half with student explaining them the diagnosis.
