Don’t go to this place. It looks like a clinic, but they bill you hospital fees because they are affiliated with a hospital. They told me it was considered a hospital visit, even though I only received an office visit at the clinic. A $30 office visit became a $500 out-of-pocket bill. They don’t clearly explain this before the visit and only send you the bill afterward. Make sure to ask about the billing and hospital fees before making an appointment.
I've been dealing Duke health since 2014, the new MOB lab section is the worst I've seen in all these years over an hour wait to get blood drawn. Management better take a look at this area, def doesn't stand up to the usual Duke health quality standards

Urgent care waiting room is small no room to separate from patients with respiratory problems, severe coughing. Holly Springs is better experience.
