This facility is awful for elderly patients. They have no one at the desk and they have kiosk to sign in. Being 81 that is an extremely difficult task. Two employees in the waiting area were just sitting having personal conversations. The echo technician didn't allow me to go with my 81 year old mother which wanted me to be with her. If you are over age 40 do not go there customer service is horrible and not effective for geriatric patients
