Been here 2 weeks and a Transformer blew at 617pm and they told our apartment complex they would have power back by 8pm, it is now 9pm and still not even a flicker of power.
I heard the horror stories when we moved down here about Duke energy and how bad they are and its all true. Customer service and a non caring monoplolized attitude is so prevalent. Loyalty to the customer, even though they demand it from you just doesnt exist. Disgusting attitude.
This company is awful!!! They don't care how they treat their customers and its because they know we have no other choice for power but them!! I'm so discussed with them and their customer service. I'm trying to find out contact information for someone that can do something about this.
