I love Duke energy service here in St Pete, FL. They've always helped me out when I needed it the most. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Thank you Duke Energy!
Very unprofessional they trimmed up a tree last Monday left all the debris in my front yard stated in less than 24 hours it would be picked up it's been over 7 Days business days killing my grass. And they state they're not going to pick it up until tomorrow because of the weather. There is no rain in the sky they could do it today. Stated that the job was done and signed off on it. When it was not done. Someone should be fired

Duke Energy is a horrible company. Their systems are broken, and you, the customer, will pay for it.
This company is claiming that my bank returned my payment, despite my having a sizable balance in my account and my bank stating no record of alleged return. They are now charging me a $210 deposit and a $30 late fee even though I've already paid my balance and the payment isn't even due until tomorrow!!!! I called customer service this morning and the manager was kind, but completely unhelpful. I have flawless credit and a squeaky clean bill payment history - this is unacceptable!
