provide a way to actually talk with a human being! call their 800 numbers and get a recording. push numbers to try to get to human get more automated choices. none of which actually get to a human to talk with. options don't fit my need or question.

I've been a customer of Duke for 3 months now. I've had to call them so many times that I've literally lost count, and I'm not even accounting for Irma. What a terrible company.

1 week no power. Whetstone apts =189 tenants. Duke says 208 in Pinellas w out power today. Fix the apts and raise ur quota.
I wanted to give duke energy the benefit of the doubt and see if their latest promise would failed me before saying anything. They stated that the power in Pinellas county would be back up and running by midnight Friday the 15th, but that didn't happen. Then they said the power would be back up by midnight Saturday the 16th, but again no power. I would really like to know when our power will be back up?
