We called for an AC leak and they were at my business within an hour! So fast! Candice in the office is a doll and the guys that came out were SO nice and efficient. Fixed our problem within minutes!!! Will call them for any AC and heating needs we may have in the future!!!!
We requested a service call on a Saturday and they were able to squeeze us in quickly and have our A/C back up and running the same day. We also referred them to a family member who was looking to install a new unit and their quote was much more reasonable than other companies they spoke to. We would definitely use Duggan’s again.
These guys are the most helpful, professional, thorough people I’ve worked with, hands down. I can’t imagine better customer service and I would recommend them to absolutely anyone. By far the best HVAC team in New Orleans.
Called this morning, someone was out before I finished lunch. Very friendly, very fast, very reasonable. If we ever need someone in the future, this is the company we will call! Thanks!
