This was my first time using this vendor. On 4/25/25 I was scheduled for 79$ A/C tune up. I received checklist that every thing was in good condition, this unit is almost three years old and I had it serviced annually in April. On 07/25/25 the unit was set on 69 degrees but temperature was 74 degrees. As the day progressed the temperature was 84 degrees. I contacted vendor which I thought was open 24 hours per Google. Duggan’s is a fantastic company for your hearing and cooling needs! They were punctual and professional throughout our AC problems, why go with the rest when you can get the best!
These guys took the pain out of the new AC experience. Totally professional, polite, and very respectful of personal property. They came in at around 9AM and by 3PM were gone without a trace. They only thing they left behind was a ton of cold air. Very knowledgeable people and competitive pricing. The quality of the work was outstanding. I highly recommend Duggan's AC.
I can’t recommend this company enough.. Richard and his employees run the business like a tight ship.. I was serviced within two hours of calling and I’m going to be recommending Duggan for all cooling and heating needs! Especially friends and family.
