I called to make an appointment and specifically had them check my insurance first. They did and told me they accepted it, so I made an appointment for about 2 weeks later. Then at almost 5 pm the day before my appointment I received a message saying they couldn’t file on my insurance and I would have to find another dentist. This would have been my first visit at this office. They should have told me that when I first ask instead of wasting my time. Now I have to find someone else and wait to see a dentist.
