I called to make an appointment and specifically had them check my insurance first. They did and told me they accepted it, so I made an appointment for about 2 weeks later. Then at almost 5 pm the day before my appointment I received a message saying they couldn’t file on my insurance and I would have to find another dentist. This would have been my first visit at this office. They should have told me that when I first ask instead of wasting my time. Now I have to find someone else and wait to see a dentist. Called Dr Dugan’s office because I woke up with an abscess on my gums. I told the receptionist I could hardly open my mouth and was in a lot of pain. No sympathy at all said next appointment not till next week. I said even in an emergency. No emergency appointments. It would of taken him 5 minutes to look inside my mouth and prescribe antibiotics. I only waited 15 minutes. It was my first appt with him. Staff was great, Dr. Dugan was super nice and funny and explained everything. Knowing I needed two fillings and knowing I’d had a knee replacement and that my surgeon retired and they couldn’t find records they gave me a script for antibiotics to be safe. I seem to be in good hands.

I have known this dentist since he was in dental school. He is A + When he moved to another state and later my family moved as well I found out he was here and he became my dentist again. He and his office staff are great.

Kevin Dugan has been my Dentist for about 40 years, and he, and his staff have always been professional and friendly. On occasion when I have to go to the UAMS dental hygiene, the hygienist and the dentist, always compliment on the superior work done by Dr Dugan.

Dr. Dugan is awesome! But some of his staff is really rude. There are a few young ladies there, the one at the desk specifically, that is absolutely rude. If Dr. Dugan can improve the friendliness of his staff his office would be the best!

I've had a great experience with Dr. Dugan and staff. I absolutely love Dr. Dugan's professional etiquette and sense of human. He has a witty personality and caters to those who may not like visiting the dentist. My 15 year old daughter don't like going to the dentist, but she enjoys Dr. Dugan and his dental assistants. Though she's 15, she loves the 70's and 80's radio stations and songs that keep the office lively and upbeat. I live in a different state but I fly home just for my visits.
