I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Dugan 15 years ago and he and his staff were great. I recently decided to have jaw surgery to fix an underbite and went back to him. I have not had the surgery yet, but so far he's been great. He explained everything very thoroughly and spent as much time with me answering questions as I needed and did not blow me off whatsoever.
Dr. Dugan is the best! Everyone in my family has been to him at one time or another. He is the ONLY oral surgeon I would ever consider using!
I first saw Dr. Dugan in 2002 when my sister went to him for a gum problem that she had been having. As I watched him talk to her and examine her, I was struck by his candor, his sensitivity, his wonderful sense of humor, and his interaction with his employees. My bone mending took quite a bit of time, but extractions, implanting and final setting of post were painless and the end result has been excellent. I would recommend Dr. Dugan's help to anyone considering an implant. I now live in Utah but will consider flying back to have him do the work if anything else is needed.
I had my four wisdom teeth pulled in under 5 minutes. I did not feel a thing. Can't say the same afterwards :) I honestly expected it to be alot worse. Overall, he did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone. Trully the Best!
I am terrified of dentists. I was so bad that I had not seen a dentist in at least 5 years, and no one had ever been able to do any work on me. Dr. Dugan and his staff were so wonderful, they were able to remove two molars and two wisdom teeth. I still have two more wisdom teeth to go. When we were choosing our health insurance at work, I made sure to get the highest dental insurance so that I could pick my dentist. I would never go to anyone except Dr. Dugan!

I just have one thing to say, and that is you could not find a better oral surgeon...he's fantastic. Without a doubt Dr. Dugan and his staff are the most caring and knowledgable in the DFW area. I went to this oral surgeon to get my rear molars on the left side, and my wisdom teeth on the right side removed. He used IV sedation, so I don't remember any of the procedure. I saw the IV, felt wide awake, and next thing I knew I woke up in my own bed at home. I began to develop a dry socket, but they got me in and took care of it before that could happen.
