My daugther had to have a primary (baby) tooth extracted. Our dentist Dr. Roger Coston (whom we LOVE!) was on vacation so she was seen by Dr. Dugan. This man charged me an overly excessive amount ($455 to be exact) to have a baby tooth pulled!! What a rip off! I will never step foot in that office again! I do want to point out that he a very knowledgeable Dr who has been in practice a long time. He was good with my daughter and made sure the procedure was pain free. I had a wisdom tooth that HAD to come out, and I was referred to another oral surgeon - was NOT comfortable! I was stressed out about this!! I saw Dr. Dugan's rating online, and decided to try him. I was extremely pleased with the staff from the 1st phone call! Very friendly! I didn't have a long wait time for the consult, and the rest of the staff was great as well. Dr. Dugan has heart. He has a wonderful way of communicating with young people and made all three of my sons that had their wisdom teeth removed by him feel comfortable and at ease about the procedure. Also I was so blessed and impressed by his commitment to be there after the surgery for them in case of emergency. Way to go Dr. Dugan !!! You are the best in my book. Dr. Dugan operated on my jaw in December 2005. I had severe TMJ and had lost a significant amount of weight because I couldn't eat. He did not jump to the conclusion that surgery was the best option for me; he took conservative steps to make sure every alternative was weighed. Since then, I have had ZERO problems. My 10-year-old daughter had two permanent extractions done in his office. His staff gives top notch service. They made my daughter feel at ease with the entire procedure before it ever occurred. She did beautifully and really will not even remember the event later in life. Which is a good thing for a 10-year-old who has lots of orthodontic work yet to come. Thank you Dr. Dugan and staff!!!!!

This was an excellent experience! When I suddenly found myself in extreme dental pain because of a wisdom tooth, I was able to get in for an immediate consultation, and they scheduled the procedure for the next day. When I went in, they were very nice and friendly. I was given general anesthesia, and when I woke up an hour later, the tooth and the pain were gone. This is the nicest dentist that I have ever been to. He is very personable, puts you at ease immediately and his office environment is great. If you have to go to an oral surgeon, it helps to alleviate some of the stress and Dr. Dugan can do that. I would definitely trust him with any procedure.

I was attacked by our family dog and the wounds were all facial. One went almost all the way through my top lip, and I had about 3 more on my chin. I didn't know Dr Dugan at all until the ER brought him in as my facial plastic surgeon, I didn't even know he was a dentist at all! I had to had anethesia and undergo surgery to debride and stitch up my wounds. Dr Dugan came to visit me the morning after my late night entry to the ER.
