I appreciate being seen for a check-up by the dentist even though it is a six month cleaning cycle.
I have always been a bit skittish at a dentist. I have lost that feeling now because of the great service and the cleaning goes without a hitch. the people that work with Dr. Dufner are professional and caring. Would not change for the world.
I had to get a filling. They had me in and out in under 30 minutes. They were flexible when I had a scheduling emergency. No waiting and I never even saw the needle.
Always friendly, on time, and I'm always satisfied with the results.
My cleaning went great. I was so exhausted from working on my house, I actually fell asleep and woke up when finishing. Great service and friendly.
Dr. Dufner and his staff are always caring
The staff was friendly and caring during my appointment to fill cavities. It was quick and high quality.
My son had a couple cavities filled today. He was nervous about the needles for numbing & not his favorite but wasn’t as bad as he thought.
Service was great, but my child did tell me that they would have been significantly more comfortable if I would have been allowed to be with her when she was being seen. This practice does NOT allow parents to be present in the patient areas with their children. As a parent I feel I should be allowed to be with my child during a visit if it makes them more comfortable.
