My wife and I have dinner Friday night, our server was not too attentive, she didn’t even ask if we wanted a dessert. She just give us the bill, not to mention that I had to ask for Ketchup, every other table had a bottle of ketchup except mine

Went there this past week, absolutely loved the hosting service! The girl at the host stand, with long brunette hair, I think her name was Cindy or Sydney, helped me and my husband right away! She didn’t leave us standing there and brought us to our table with such a smile and a great personality. Ive been there a million times and have never been greeted and helped with such joy before! She made the experience so great from the very start. Overall 5 stars!

Very disappointed with our recent visit to Duffy’s. The “2 for 1” drinks are gone, and drink prices have increased by about 30%, although the drinks and appetizers were still good. Dinner was less satisfying: the fries arrived cold and tasted old. Fresh fries were provided after we complained, which we appreciated. The biggest issue was a $30 credit from a previous visit. Kathy was the best server ... her lively spirit is just so joyful and a pleasure to see. She was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. I couldn't have asked for a better server. Duffy's is so lucky to have her representing them!
