We chose Duffy's over 2 other companies to refinish our red oak wood floors in our kitchen and foyer areas. They were the most economical and offered the same level of service. John worked with us to get the exact stain color we were looking for. He made up additional stain samples and dropped them off so we could decide what we liked best. Duffy's Wood Floors did an outstanding job refinishing my hardwood maple floors after major water damage. Their preparation work was exceptional - they carefully sealed off the entire area with plastic and tape, and there was absolutely no dust in my cabinets or on my furniture. We had this company put in our oak hardwood floors 25 years ago and have continued to use them for regular maintenance of our floors. We recently had them do a Buff and Coat . The floors look almost brand new. The customer service was excellent. Owner John was responsive with emails and answering questions and doing a in person visit to assess the condition of our floor and make recommendations . Highly recommend.
