I’m absolutely appalled and disappointed and disgusted with this office. No parent should have to jump through hoops to get their SICK child an appointment. Clearly they are understaffed but they also show no compassion or care of the well-being of their patients. Instead I was told to go to Urgent Care. Urgent care recommended I follow up with the pediatrician, so when I called to schedule a follow up they still REFUSED to schedule my son an appointment.
