Unsatisfied Customer I had a horrible experience with Duff's, and will never go back !! I asked them if they could clean and script a used marriage license cylinder that I had purchased. They told me no problem. I asked for specific engraving requests, and when I came to pick up, it was not what I asked for. Won' t go back Went to Duff's after recieving a flyer in the mail claiming that they pay 50% more for gold and jewlery then their competition. Small Diamond Tennis Bracelet - Duff's offered me $45.00 I recieved $110.00 from Fullers. Tiffany & Company silver pen - Duff's told me it was silver plate - Fullers gave me $20 - it was sterling.
