Great Guys – Recently I had a problem with needed a plumbers help. I'm pleased to inform your company of my total satisfaction. Your people go the full mile to ensure that. Kevin Weiser is a professional in all aspects. Polite, courteous and above caring how he is doing his job. It was also a pleasant surprise to talk to Julie on the phone. Great Operation – I wanted to thank you for your terrific service on my recent purchase of a Dunkirk boiler and boilermate. I lined up several other companies for estimates but was convinced by Rich to go with yours. He was pleasantly pushy and local too. Jeff and Scott showed up to do the work and I liked them too! Very Impressed – I am writing on behalf of my Mom. She had a new furnace and air conditioning installed on October 6, 2009. I was so impressed with your crew. They arrived on time, were very professional, explained everything they had done, cleaned up after so it looked as though no one was there and they were all so pleasant. Great company to deal with!!!! – Had 2 other companies come to my house for a problem with my kitchen sink. Had problems with it after they left. I called this company and have yet had a problem with it since. Their plumber was very polite and full of information. He definitely cared about the outcome and was very clean. He showed up on time unlike the one other company. Pricing was reasonable. Altogether they were very quick and had great service. I would recommend this company to all family and friends

Finally, a company that cares. – Their plumber came into our house and gave us a list of options to fix our problem that many other plumbing companies had tried to fix. They were not high pressure, and let us pick the option the best fit. Surprisingly, the repair went without a hitch and the problem was fixed. We had 5 plumbing companies within the last two years into our house trying to fix this problem. Thanks to this company, we have not had a problem since. Their warranties were above everyone elses.

Avoid. Bad buisness. Had to report neg rating to .... – We called to get a quotation. They came over and gave us an estimate. Requested our full information just ro process the estimate. We received calls a couple times a day from the salesman. To the home, cell and even work. every time the price was different. The business ran a TRW report and opened a line of credit without our consent or request. All this for just requesting pricing. The office manger was not helpful. Go to another plumber – Sorry, but Duffett is way out in price. They want 59.95 just to give an estimate. For installing a new kitchen faucet (cost of the faucet=$159.00) the charge was $588.00 + plus tax and a few other minor fees. That comes out to over $400.00 per hour. That's what doctors and lawyers charge!!! This was my one and only experience with Duffett plumbing. They were once excellent but the business was sold and now there just using his name.
