We had a combo tankless boiler and Hot water system installed In a day.jerry came out and explained the whole installation process as well how the new system would operate.every person that we encountered in the Duffett installation team and i mean everyone acted very professional as well as courteous to us. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, and I would add a company is only as good as the people they employ.

Very pleased with the work Scott did capping off a gas line and extending our outside exhaust pipes above the snow line. This is the 3rd time I have used Duffett in the last few months and I have been happy with their response and their work.

Scott at Duffett always is thorough and honest when he comes to do any maintenance on our heating and ac unit. We have an annual agreement with them and they always are here within 24 hours of our call.
Appointment was set up quickly. Service tech. Blake was on time, did a nice job and cleaned up.
I have used Duffet Plumbing and Heating for years. I always request Scott if possible. He was just here to service my AC. Always a professional, friendly and efficient technician. Scott takes the time to explain the service, will write down any future instructions and always starts and ends with a smile. All in all great service.
