11/2015: Horrible! No return calls after 2 e-mails with photos including work which violated code. I successfully stopped payment. Later I was awarded damages in small claims court (they didn't bother to show up) & 3 months later, I still have heard nothing from them not to mention that they never paid the court award. BTW, they are not closed. They're still operating as Ben Franklin as well as Duffett.

This company is VERY BAD...They lied to me about Everything I had a estimate from Superior I could give anything if I could just turn back time I would have went with Superior... This company says they will match my estimate (LOL) So I call after weeks waiting for my rebate form Only to be told that I wont get it cause Shaun the sales man lied to me ...My estimate from superior was for a 96 EFF Furnace well this no good company only put a 80 % Furnace in So please save your money And go with Honest people...Thanks Patty In H... read more

Positive Reviews Fake? – They did a horrible job and said things needed to be fixed on the furance that didn't, ultimately trying to sell a new one. Too many bad things about this Company circulating in the Buffalo market to believe the positive reviews. All of the positive reviews were posted almost on the same day! It must have been an contrived effort by employees or their friends / family members to overcome a negative image. Excellent – On January 30, 2010 our furnace broke and we called your company for assistance. Since that was one of the coldest days of the winter so far, we had no idea how long we would have to wait, but to our surprise your service man Scott appeared in about 2 hours. Scott advised us we needed a new furnace, which could be installed on Monday February 1st. We agreed to the price and hired your firm to install a new furnace, humidifier and air conditioner. The Best – We can't thank Mitch enough for his excellence during our recent emergency. I was overwhelmed at that time, with personal finances plus my husband in the hospital with life threatening surgery. Mitch patiently explained costs and repairs and even spoke with my husband (in the hospital) over the phone. It was so important to keep my husband in household decisions during his illness. Thank you Mitch.

Great Workers – I am so pleased with my dealings with your company. I needed an emergency service call on 12.31.08. Your employee, Scott, whom I had been serviced by before, was able to come and figure out why my furnace had failed. He explained things very carefully to me and gave me the option of purchasing a new furnace or repairing the existing one. He was very "low-key" and not high pressured at all.
