Jesse Royce is an outstanding building manager. He has been consistently helpful and supportive, always going above and beyond for the tenants. It’s always been pleasant stay in Dufferin Terrace. Indeed! He prioritise resident safety and comfort to create the best possible living experience. I had given similar feedback on recent Kelson survey with an expectation of getting one month free rent. However, I didn’t win the draw 🥲 February 2025 would be my last month in Kelson property.
