I first went to Duff Family Dental in June of this year. I was horrified due to some previous experiences. I walked in scared and walked out excited. Dr Bair is amazing as well as the whole staff there. I just took my oldest daughter in for 2 fillings and we were in and out in a half hour, not to mention Dr Bair letting her know what all they were going to do and no surprises. Lifetime patient of theirs now
Very clean, professional, and cool looking building in a great well known spot. Absolutely wonderful service and care! Actually makes me want to be better to my teeth and doesn't make me feel like poop because of my own personal struggle. I love coming in to see them!
The staff is the nicest and warmest people I have ever met. My hygienist is the best. She is very professional and very sincere about her patients and their needs. The process was very streamlined. They had sent me papers to sign before I ever attended the appointment. They were very knowledgeable about my insurance. They pulled me back for my appointment on time, if not early. Then everything was super clean. They were friendly and provided lots of helpful information. They have a giant window to look out while you're getting your teeth done. Then upon checking out, this process was simple and streamlined as well.
Over the last couple months that I’ve been going to Duff, it has been nothing short of amazing every time. Dr. Bair answers all my questions and the lovely dental assistants are just amazing!! Even when I get a little fidgety they’re great. Thank you :)
