I love Duerdens appliance. For many reasons. I have been happy with everything I bought there. They let me use ALL of their ovens for my fundraisers. They have never asked me for a dime, they've been very accommodating, they are kind and generous. I am able to do a lot more good because of the great sleep I get on the mattress I bought from them. I purchased a mattress earlier this year and had a good experience with the purchase. Friendly customer service. 10 months later we are having some issues with the mattress and we are getting horrible customer service. We have been told we would receive call back 2 different times to get help. This never happened. I get the feeling they will sell you something but if there is an issue they won't back up their products. I won't shop here again.

Hi Kevin, I apologize for the inconvenience. We have already called the manufacturer about this and it should be covered under warranty. I've contacted the manufacturer's sales staff at home and let them know to call you despite the holiday. The Christmas holiday is no excuse for this delay and I apologize for the experience. If the manufacturer will not cover the product under warranty, I will. Todd
I just purchased all new appliances for my kitchen. The team at Duerden's is very knowledgeable and all of them are very helpful and Kathy Jones was just great helping me!!
I love Duerdens they have great service and great prices.

Awesome service!!!!! A big shout out to Chris, the best repairman ever, extremely professional and knowledgeable. In future, if I need an appliance repaired, Duerden's will be my first call. Highly recommend their service department.
