Mini split system installed Oct 2024. By early 2026, the unit stopped working and required service. The issue was identified as a refrigerant leak from a flare fitting connection, which required repair and recharge (~$680). I was told this can happen with mini splits, but it was unexpected so soon after installation. The repair was completed and the system is currently working. Sharing my experience for others considering installation and long-term reliability.
Excellent work and kept me in the loop the whole time. Will definitely use them again.
Our family is beyond grateful for the unbelievably quick response and fix when our heating went out during the snow storm. Our house is warm again and we cannot thank you guys enough!
