Dudley’s Heating & Air Conditioning has been our go-to since we moved here in 2023. We first met them through our home warranty, but when it came time to replace our system, we chose Dudley’s directly — and they did a flawless job. Their team is fast, professional, and fairly priced. We now rely on them every year for inspections and wouldn’t use anyone else.
Middle of a heat wave when our HVAC died, they came out same day and quickly repaired it. Charges were very fair, technicians were professional, knowledgeable, friendly. Extremely satisfied.
After several of the big HVAC companies around Martinsburg tried to rip me off, I finally found one that didn't: Dudley's. Don't trust the big companies that advertise on billboards and send you junk mail. Those companies lied and told me that I needed hundreds of dollars worth of repairs that I actually didn't, pressured me to buy expensive new systems, and pressured me to take out service contracts. Absolutely fantastic!!! Put a call in yesterday for my AC unit through my warranty company. Dudleys called me to set up service within 3 hrs of making the request. Talked to a wonderfully polite dispatcher who informed me they could take a look today (Saturday). Service gentleman came promptly at 8am, my AC was fixed by 8:45am!!! Geez, quality customer service is not dead, at least not at Dudleys Heating and Air!! Whew, a sigh of COOL relief!! :-)
