The air conditioner didn't work so they gave us a fan but still had to sleep with the window open. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The desk clerk was rude. I will never stay there again!

Last weekend was my second time staying here this year, and I surely hope to be back one more time before I leave the state at the end of summer. I purposely stayed in the "most haunted room," both times and was not disappointed. The staff is not very friendly, and there is a lot of foot traffic from Billings residents, but the price is affordable, the room is always clean and comfy, and the paranormal activity is a great incentive. Recommended for any ghost hunters passing through!

Very nice people!! Right in downtown, so there is plenty to walk around and do! Restaurant at the hotel has good breakfast and coffee! The room was not good. We were here on a pretty hot night and the AC was TERRIBLE! They took off everything on the wall control so you cant turn up the fan speed or anything. Room was too small for 2 beds to be shoved in. I dont get the old decor with a bright neon orange bathroom but what do I know? Lol if you need a place just to sleep, this is it! Once again, nice employees, good food/loca... read more

Oh yes, they are being check carefully these days,
Our Signature King room was nice but was mistakenly placed in a regular king room first.... not pretty. Very dated and dingy towels. If you are going to stay here be sure to pay the extra for the Signature King room.
