Owner's son, Aiden and another technician came to my home to clean my air conditioning and heater duct system, which was to include a dryer vent clean up, as well. My HVAC system was only a couple years old, and when they removed the panel to the system, they found very little dirt and Aiden said he didn't think I should have the cleaning done yet. He went ahead and cleaned the dryer duct, however and there was a need for doing that. I appreciated Aiden's honesty and his willingness to help me wipe one of the ... read more
