No one took my order and I stranded there for 5 mins while the girl making donuts was on her phone the whole time.

We called ahead and still spent 20 minutes waiting for our order to be completed... very slow and confused customer service.
I would avoid online ordering because they don’t see the orders until right before your pick up time. In store orders are fine as long as it’s like one or two donuts. A dozen or more could take up to 45 mins even if the line isn’t long. Donuts are delicious, I’d just recommend coming here if you have lots of time.
I’ve been to Duck Donuts before and have always had a great experience. But unfortunately at this location, the service was not it. I did a pickup order and the estimated time for ready was 9:28 am…when I got there (9:29) it was not ready. There was one other person in the store waiting, only had three orders hanging up so not busy at all. Service was super slow. Walked out with my donuts at 9:46… Can’t imagine how long the wait is when actually busy!
