Great experience. Called to remind me about the appointment time and date. Taken back at appointment time. Took the time to explain each step before starting. Played videos to explain each procedure needed. Courteous and friendly staff. Definitely recommend.
They are nice enough, but not convenient at all! Your talking months out, just to get a cavity filled... they will make room for the procedures that insurance pays more on, and you can get in the same week, but if it doesn’t generate enough revenue, you might as well let your teeth fall out. 6 months ago, my kids had no cavities. First let me say that Tiffanie is a great dentist and I will be sure to refer her to the many people I know in the local area. However, one of the assistants, Jasmine, should not be working there. I never want to be in the room alone with her again. She does not care about being gentle or if you're in pain. She was rinsing and blowing air on my tooth during a crown delivery without me being numb.
