She is more interested in how many procedures she can con you into than true dental health. Condescending attitude.
She is an excellent provider. She saw me on an emergency basis and provided information my own dentist did not. I am very appreciative of the staff at this dental office. Sarah was wonderful, too, kind and gentle, along with reception who not only helped me over the phone, but also in the office. Outstanding and caring visit.
I've taken two out of my four kids with Dr. Smith and my kids absolutely love her. The entire office is kind, informative, and helpful.
I was in for my bi annual cleaning. The hygienist and staff are always friendly and helpful. I had an infected tooth over a holiday last year and Dr. Smith was able to help me until I was able to get in an get it repaired. This is a great practice for me.

Great office and staff! Our families needs vary from standard cleanings to dentures/implants and they handle it all professionally, expertly and efficiently!!

Had their office quoted price (which was ignored) and charged 40% more. After visit, friend said this dentist was being investigated by Iowa Dental Board. Care received created pain to which dental office never offered a reply, even to a letter seeking relief. Also was told, and believe, this office takes criticism for overcharge protestations and painful experiences personally and will retaliate. Dentist spends little time with you; doesn't ask for, or stay for questions.
