I have a 2013 Ducati Diavel and riding back from LA I got a flat on the rear tire on the 405 by Bristol Str Exit. I called Ducati Newport Beach to see if they could help me and within 1/2 hour they were there with the van to help me with my bike. We brought the bike to the shop and they replaced the tire right away. Some of the best customer service that I've ever experienced.
