I always have good service on my dental appointments everyone is friendly and helpful.
Appointment for cleaning my teeth but Dr. Ducar was able to assess my tooth extraction and x-ray to advise future action. Appreciate the extra service without scheduling another appointment
Dr. Shepard is a really nice guy in addition to being an excellent periodontist. The entire staff is very professional, caring, organized and communicates quite succinctly what you need to do from your end to maximize your outcome. They do their best to make you as comfortable as possible during surgery. I've had 2 implants and have never had a problem. I highly recommend Dr. Shepard.

Was very pleased
I am extremely happy with Dr. Ducar, however the x-ray technician is rough, and not gentle. It seems like she is trying to take short cuts at the expense of the patient's comfort. I had to tell her several times that the x-ray piece in my mouth was cutting into the roof of my mouth, and she continued to try to make me close my mouth on it. It wasn't until the x-ray was blurry twice, that she switched to a smaller piece. AS ALWAYS A GREAT JOB DONE BY THE STAFF. WHO ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL.
Hate going to the dentist but enjoy the people at Dr. Shepard's office. From reception to Krista to Dr. Shepard, they all have my comfort and dental health as the top priority. Highly recommend these folks.
Very careful and exacting examination with clear treatment options in a on schedule environment.
