Great appointment reminder service (messages come to your phone.) Very peaceful environment. Helpful and kind office and clinical staff. And Dr. Ducar is unhurried, helpful and knowledgeable. Really couldn't ask for more.

Professional
Dr Ducar is a professional, all business, straight shooter who is proficient in his work. The office staff is a little questionable however. Im not sure about their protocol for payments and insurance. For example, I had a implant done and no one seemed to know if my delta dental insurance would cover a portion of the expense. I was quoted at 50% covered when in actuality it was 70%. I can only hope to get the correct refund.
Been going to this office for 15 years. Never a problem. Very knowledgeable and pleasant personnel. Dr. Wayne Shephard inserted five implants about 10 years ago. I never remember what teeth are implants; they feel like my own teeth. Yesterday I went for my three month's cleaning and asked were my implants were in my mouth. That says it all!!!!!
Dr. Ducar is an excellent periodontist. He and his whole staff are grade A. I feel very confident that I just about found one of the best Doctor's in the whole world. The kind of work that I need would only be completed by the best and Dr. Ducar is just that. I feel it was blessing to meet him!
Kind caring and gentle.
Dr. Ducar is great. All the ladies in the office are very friendly and knowledgeable.
