Everyone was considerate and professional. I felt all the details of the procedure were explained, the communication between staff and patient clear and follow up from them exceded my expectations.
Overall experience was positive and staff was happy to answer all of my questions.
Not that I look forward for a visit to a dentist's office, but the care provided to me by Dr. Ducar over the last few years, since I started visiting him, has been nothing but exceptional. FROM THE DESK TO THE CHAIR, THIS OFFICE IS GENTLE FUN AND EXPERIENCED
I have my favorite two hygenists and they are always so courteous and so accomodating.
I have high anxiety related to dental procedures and Dr. Ducar spent a lot of time talking to me, helping me to understand the procedure and making sure that I felt as comfortable as possible.
I needed to go in for a crown lengthening treatment in the lower right part of the mouth. Dr Ducar provided a complete explanation prior to the session and made sure I had my prescriptions in place. On the day of the procedure, he and his assistant were professional, patient, and took care to minimize any discomfort. Afterwards, his assistant made sure I was aware of what I should do over the following week to protect the stitching and ensure more rapid recovery.
