For over 30 years my experience at Dr. Ducar's office has been excellent in everyway. Alma and Trudy are exceptional. Trudy pulls no punches when disciplining her patients about proper cleaning and correct techniques. Dr. Ducar and the staff are awesome. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment you step in the door.
I was in Dr. Ducar's office yesterday to have what was left of my tooth removed after the crown and tooth broke off when I was eating caramel!!! Anyhow, Dr. Ducar explained what he was going to do before the procedure started. He made sure I was ok during the whole process, checking on me by asking me how I was doing. After removal, the assistant explained aftercare thoroughly. I received a call from Dr. Ducar last night on my cell phone, making sure everything was ok. Highly recommend this doctor!
This was the best dental experience I have every had. As someone that is afraid of the dentist and has a very low tolerance for pain I tend to panic even before they start to work on me. They understood this and worked with me slowly with a plan to get me past it. I had zero pain and now I am not afraid to go back and finish the rest of the work that needs to be done.
Katie did a great job of making me feel comfortable and pain free.
As always my experience was very pleasant. I drive two hours to go to this office as everyone I come in contact with is great. Thank you
Dr. Ducar performed thorough and careful work, followup with phone call that evening; they made sure I understood the instructions to take care of myself after the procedure.
