The nursing staff and Dr Vu were very friendly, interested in why I was there and listened to my concerns. Discussed resolution and got me out.
My appt. was for 10:45, but I didn't get to see Dr. Vo until almost 12:00. Additionally, it took me almost 20 minutes to find a parking spot.
Dr. Vo, and his office staff, were very welcoming and on-time for my 8:15AM appointment. He saw me and reviewed my concerns and explained what the next steps would be to complete the correction to the sports injury on my arm. He is concise and extremely honest and friendly. I felt very confident that I am in capable hands with Dr. Vo.
Front staff was very friendly and professional, Doctor Vo was extremely thorough and explained what he felt was wrong with my fingers and what he would be doing for me, I felt very comfortable and happy with the care I received.
Always a pleasure seeing Dr. Vo. He always explains in detail what is going on with my injuries recommends the best possible solution for my recovery. All in all best Doctor in the metroplex.
Dr Vu is a great surgeon, speaks perfect English and has excellent bed side manner. A+ experience.
Dr. Vo was wonderful. He is knowledgeable, with good bedside manner. That is hard to find. I'm a PT and very picky about my orthopedic doctors; any doctor actually. I left with a wrist splint that immobilized it so I had immediate relief from a sprained ligament. I knew I had a radial neck fracture but he diagnosed the sprain and was able to help me get relief and a plan of care I agree and am happy with. I don't leave reviews unless they are 5 stars, or 1 to warn people. So far I am so pleased!!
Dr, Vo made this old lady feel very comfortable and informed. Very nice happy doctor! Listened to me then asked me questions then actually had answers and advise for me. Walked out after he gave me a couple of knee shots like I was 25 again.. no pain..
Very friendly staff. Dr. Vo made sure I understood my procedure and was very courteous and professional. Highly recommend!
