They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. I really didn't like that they didn't have separate "sick" and "well" areas for the kids in the waiting room. I thought it was very inconsiderate of them. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I need to change my boys diaper, and the bathroom was the size of a cabinet.
